How To Attack An IE/Win Bug, describing the Holly hack and the “relative” fix.
A usefull article on the general nature of IE bugs and how to apply fixes; of special note should be the paragraph towards the bottom where it has been discovered that Microsoft had actualy written into their box model code something that they call ‘ layout’ and that for a box to have layout it requires an implicit dimension; without it IE falls pray to many strange bugs, with it IE breaks the W3C specs? The odd world of the CSS spec rolls on, I guess one day we will look back and laugh but at this moment I have very liitle humor left for CSS/IE/W3C.
